Stories of the Prophets

Every prophet came with the same call — worship Allah alone. Their lives are windows into patience, truth and mercy.

Allah created Adam ﷺ from clay and made him the father of humankind.

Allah created Adam ﷺ with His own Hand from clay and breathed into him a soul. He then taught Adam the names of all things — a knowledge greater than even the angels possessed. When Allah told the angels to prostrate to Adam in honour, all obeyed except Iblees, who refused out of pride and was expelled.

Adam and his wife Hawwa (Eve) were placed in Paradise and told they could eat from any tree except one. Iblees whispered to them, convincing them to taste from the forbidden tree. They immediately regretted it and turned to Allah in sincere repentance. Allah forgave them and sent them down to the earth to live and to worship Him.

From Adam and Hawwa came all of humankind. Their story reminds us that mistakes are part of being human — but Allah loves those who turn back to Him with humility.

Reflection

Never despair. When you slip, return to Allah — He is always ready to forgive.
